I'm Kushani, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Country Director for Northern Europe at Coach Masters Academy.
I work specifically with new and emerging leaders — people navigating their first leadership roles, stepping up from individual contributor to people manager, or finding their voice in senior spaces for the first time.
