I'm Kushani, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Country Director for Northern Europe at Coach Masters Academy.
I work specifically with new and emerging leaders: people navigating their first leadership roles, stepping up from individual contributor to people manager, or finding their voice in senior spaces for the first time.
My coaching style is human-centred and empathic. I won't give you a playbook or tell you what to do. Instead, I'll help you discover your own answers, because the most powerful leadership insights are the ones you arrive at yourself.
